Japan-U.S. Collaborative Search Pilot Program Completed
The US-JP Collaborative Search Pilot Program (CSP), which started on August 1, 2015, with the aim of providing more certainty of IP rights to users as early as possible, was extended for two years and expired on October 31, 2024 (Phase 3). Although new applications are no longer accepted, applications filed during the trial period will continue to be investigated and judged for participation in the Japan-U.S. Collaborative Research Program after the expiration of the trial period.
