Visitors to the office

When Visiting

If you are entering the building through underground entrances C8 or C11
 Please take the escalator between the Basement Level 1 (B1) and the First Floor (F1) to reach the 1F Atrium.
 In particular, if you are entering through underground entrance C11, please do not use the escalator located near the C11 entrance.
 Instead, please use the escalator located at the end of the hallway on your right after entering the building.

1. Management’s responsibility
 Reception is located on the WEST tower side.

     If you are entering the building directly from the metro basement (underground concourse),
     please use the escalators at C8 and C11 entrances to go up to the first floor.


2.   At the reception desk on the first floor please mention the following:

    ・the purpose of the visit ( Asamura IP office visit)
    ・meeting time
    ・Visitor’s company name
    ・Visitor’s name

3.  Get the visitor’s Card

     Upon confirmation by the receptionist, the cards will be provided to all visitors.

     (If your visit is not planned, please dial Asamura IP’s main phone number (03-6840-1536) or call the staff member
      at the office you are visiting. A member of our office will pick you up on the 1st floor.


4.  Go through the elevator gate (14-23 floors) of the WEST Tower

     When passing through the gate please touch a card reader using your visitor card and enter the elevator hall.

5.Take the elevator to the 17th floor.

6.   Use the phone at the reception desk

     Please let us know that you have arrived by using the phone at the reception desk on the 17th floor.
      (Just pick up the phone to get through).



When leaving the office


You may only exit through the left gate of the two gates located in the elevator hall on the first floor. Please insert your visitor card into the visitor card collection slot to exit.When leaving the office
