Announcement of Change in Issuance of Questionings of the Appeal Board of the JPO
The Japan Patent Office announced on their homepage on January 28, 2015 that Appeal Board’s Questionings will be issued only as needed in all the fields starting February of this year.Asamura Patent Office has adopted the above change and revised our related procedures such as reporting to our clients and submitting responses to the JPO with regards to results of pre-examinations.
