The filing date (base date) will not be affected by this action.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;\">Handling of divisional applications<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">If a divisional application is filed on or after August 1, and the original application on which the divisional application is based is filed on or before July 31 under the old Sequence List, the divisional application can be filed under the old Sequence List.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 2.5%; text-indent: -2em; padding-right: 9%; color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">\u00a0*1 \u00a0On July 1, 2022, the amendments to the PCT Regulations and PCT Administrative Instructions will enter into force.
