When Visiting<\/span><\/p>

If you are entering the building through underground entrances C8 or C11<\/span><\/span>
 <\/span>Please take the escalator between the Basement Level 1 (B1) and the First Floor (F1) to reach the 1F Atrium.<\/span>
 In particular, if you are entering through underground entrance C11, please do not use the escalator located near the C11 entrance.<\/span>
 Instead, please use the escalator located at the end of the hallway on your right after entering the building.<\/span><\/p><\/div> <\/div><\/div> <\/div>

     If you are entering the building directly from the metro basement (underground concourse), \n
     please use the escalators at C8 and C11 entrances to go up to the first floor.<\/span><\/p>

2.   At the reception desk on the first floor please mention the following:<\/span>
    \u30fbthe purpose of the visit ( Asamura IP office visit)<\/span>
    \u30fbmeeting time<\/span>
    \u30fbVisitor\u2019s company name<\/span>
    \u30fbVisitor\u2019s name\n<\/span>

3.  Get the visitor\u2019s Card<\/span><\/span>
     Upon confirmation by the receptionist, the cards will be provided to all visitors.<\/span><\/p><\/div> <\/div><\/div> <\/div>

     (If your visit is not planned, please dial Asamura IP\u2019s main phone number (03-6840-1536) or call the staff member\n
      at the office you are visiting. A member of our office will pick you up on the 1st floor.\n<\/span>

4.  Go through the elevator gate (14-23 floors) of the WEST Tower<\/span><\/span>
     When passing through the gate please touch a card reader using your visitor card and enter the elevator hall.<\/span><\/p> <\/div> <\/div><\/div> <\/div>

5\uff0eTake the elevator to the 17th floor.<\/span>

6.   Use the phone at the reception desk<\/span><\/span>
     Please let us know that you have arrived by using the phone at the reception desk on the 17th floor. \n
      (Just pick up the phone to get through).<\/span>
