- On the advice of Mr. Korekiyo Takahashi (the first Commissioner of the
Japan Patent Office), Mr. Saburo Asamura (First President) leaves the Japan
Patent Office and opens his own patent attorney office in Osaka.
- 1899

The Regulation for registration of patent attorneys is enacted.
The Patent Law, the Design Law and the Trademark Law are drastically revised.
- 1921
- The Patent Attorneys Law is enacted.
- 1947
- The firm moves from Osaka to Tokyo under direction of Mr. Narihisa Asamura
(Second President).
- 1958
- The firm moves to the New Ohtemachi Bldg.

- Mr. Kiyoshi Asamura succeeds to the Presidency of the firm.
- 1976
- The firm's name is formally registered in English as "ASAMURA PATENT
OFFICE".
- 1991
- The firm celebrates its one hundredth anniversary.
- 2001
- The firm celebrates its one hundred and tenth anniversary.
- 2006
- The firm celebrates its one hundred and fifteenth anniversary.
- 2008
- ASAMURA PATENT OFFICE, p.c. (professional corporation) is established and
registered in the name of Mr. Kiyoshi Asamura as the representative of
the corporation.
- 2011
- The firm moves to Tennoz Central Tower. (The firm's one hundred and twentieth
anniversary is celebrated.) ASAMURA LAW OFFICES is established.
