- On the advice of Mr. Korekiyo Takahashi (the first Commissioner of the Japan Patent Office), Mr. Saburo Asamura (First President) left the Japan Patent Office and opened his own patent attorney office in Osaka.

The Patent Law, the Design Law and the Trademark Law were drastically revised.

- The Patent Attorneys Law was enacted.

- The firm was moved from Osaka to Tokyo by Mr. Narihisa Asamura (Second President).
