Training for health reasons
I like to check out used book stores on the weekend. Most of my reading is historical novels or non fiction by authors like Ryotaro Shiba, Akira Yoshimura, and Shotaro Ikenami. My job is sedentary, so I don’t get enough exercise, and try to get to the gym to work out and maintain my health.
