Mari Yuge is a patent attorney working in our Chemical Department. Joining Asamura Patent Office in 2006, her work involves national and international patent applications, establishment of rights, and trials.

Ms. Yuge's specialties include pharmaceuticals, organic chemistry, high polymer chemistry, biochemistry, foods, cosmetics, and fragrances.

At Kyowa Hakko Industry Co., Ltd. (currently, Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd.), Ms. Yuge gained valuable experience in the entire process of clinical development, from trial implementation protocol plans to trial applications for products used in areas like urinary organ disease and psychoneurotic disease. She then went on to deal with safety information management for clinical trials.
